Chemical Grafting technology is defined as the attaching and continued renewal of more useful properties to surfaces of working metal parts than were present originally.
ANTI WEAR 1's chemical discovery reacts to the surfaces of metal parts under WEAR pressure and modifies the existing surfaces' metallurgy. The modifications create superior surfaces with greatly improved mechanical characteristics.
The creation of the new surfaces is a result of three interactive elements: 1) the chemicals contained in ANTI WEAR 1 reacting at the surface of the parts, 2) the pressure exerted on the parts as they work against each other and, 3) the elevated local temperature of the parts. Chemicals, pressure and temperature are involved to produce the unusual benefits of Chemical Grafting.
ANTI WEAR 1 chemically modifies and improves the existing metal parts' surfaces. It does not add metal; it modifies surface metallurgy in a proprietary manner to reduce parts WEAR and mechanical FRICTION to a degree never before attainable. Parts can last up to 10 times longer than normal.
The continually renewing surfaces of the parts provide a mechanical barrier against WEAR. As the surface metallurgy is scuffed, it is continually reconstituted and re-profiled by the same interactive elements that originally created the surfaces.
ANTI WEAR 1 is manufactured in a concentrated liquid state. Since its chemicals are pure liquid, it contains no harmful particulate materials to clog oil filters or oil passages. Such particles sinter and become abrasive when exposed to combustion gas temperatures. ANTI WEAR 1 eliminates that possibility.
ANTI WEAR 1 is simply poured into lubricating oils, greases and fluids. It contains no outdated technology that uses: Teflon, moly, graphite, liquid metals, extreme pressure additives or paraffin which are all ineffective by comparison and solid particulate in composition. Nor does ANTI WEAR 1 contain any petroleum distillates which are added to other products to act as inexpensive, container filling materials.
Key to this new technology is, it creates improved and renewable surface metallurgical properties on working metal parts that would otherwise wear and cause reduced performance. Such improved properties cannot be manufactured into parts and sustained beyond a relatively short life span unless ANTI WEAR 1 is added to lubricants. ANTI WEAR 1 reverses the wearing out process and greatly prolongs life span of mechanical parts.
