ANTI WEAR 1 is a product that uses an ingenious new technology called
"Chemical Grafting." This technology has resulted in a "breakthrough" in
Wear and Friction reduction of 90% beyond lubricating oil. This means the working surfaces
of the mechanical parts can last 10 times longer than their normal life span.
Chemical Grafting is defined as the creating of new material on surfaces of working
mechanical parts. The material is grafted on to provide more useful properties than the
original surface. ANTI WEAR 1's chemistry reacts to the surface metallurgy of parts under
WEAR pressure and modifies the metallurgy. The resulting proprietary process creates
anti-wear and anti-friction properties on the mating surfaces of the metal parts.
In addition, chemical grafting in able to rebuild surfaces of worn metal parts without
disassembly. For example, in auto engines the rebuilding process results in improved
compression for increased horsepower, torque, fuel ecomony, and reduced motor oil usage.
The creation of the anti-wear and anit-friction surfaces is a result of three interactive
elements: 1) chemicals contained in ANTI WEAR 1 react at the surfaces of rubbing parts,
2) pressure exerted on the parts as they are forced against each other and 3) elevated
temperature combine to produce the new benefits.
The BEFORE and AFTER figure below depicts microscopic views of typical rubbing metal
parts in machinery. These views are representative of for example: two mating gear
surfaces, ball and roller bearings in their races, piston rings to cylinder walls,
valve seats and main crankshaft bearings to connecting rods, etc.
When ANTI WEAR 1 is used in new mechanical equipment, its wear reducing capabilities
are able to perform from the very beginning of the machine's life. The result will be
maximum extended life span and continuous maximum performance throughout that extended
life span.
If ANTI WEAR 1 is used after wear has occurred, it results in increased mechanical
performance by reconstructing worn surfaces through bulking them up. The modification
of the surfaces reduces spacing between the mating parts (tighter tolerance). In addition,
the modified surface metallurgy will reduce subsequent wear by 90% leading to parts
performing up to 10 times longer than without ANTI WEAR 1.
The anti-wear properties that become grafted on the surface's of the parts, serve as a
remarkable, continually renewing, mechanical barrier against WEAR. The anti-wear
properties are continually replaced, on an as needed basis and over build-up cannot occur.
This advantageous grafting process has never been available before ANTI WEAR 1's
formula.
Key to this new technology is its continual creation of more useful surface metallurgical properties on working metal parts. The benefit of continually creating improved surface properties cannot be manufactured into metal parts. Use of ANTI WEAR 1 in lubricating oils and greases offers the only way to continually upgrade performance of working mechanical parts and greatly increase their life span.
